The Bachelor of Commerce degree [B. Com.] is designed to provide students with a wide range of managerial skills, while building competence in a particular area of business & Finance. The programme shall be completed in six semesters. Each semester is a minimum of 18 instructional weeks comprising 90 working days with continuous internal evaluation and university examination at the end of each semester. The Internal Evaluation of the course is done using an integrated grading system based on Attendance, Internal Assessment, Assignments & Seminars etc.

1)B.Com. Computer Application
B.Com. Computer Application is a demand driven new age vocational course doubling the scope by
coupling two most job-oriented streams - Commerce and Computer Applications.
2)B. Com –Finance and Taxation
The Finance & Taxation Stream includes Financial Management, GST, Income Tax, Income Tax
Assessment & Planning etc.

The job opportunities for commerce students are immense in its reach and magnitude. The need for Computerized Accounting Professionals is estimated to double within the next three years. Similarly, a career in banking, statistics, auditing, finance, NBFCs, taxation, marketing, etc. is looking highly lucrative and with the right mix of attitude a student can achieve newer heights in any of these sectors.
